  2. After Work Begins:

    • Once services have commenced, refunds are not applicable as resources and time are already allocated to the project.

Communication and Agreements

  • For customized services, clients often sign agreements outlining deliverables, timelines, and refund terms. In cases where agreements are not signed, email confirmations and clearly listed deliverables on our website act as binding commitments.
